Okay, I’ll admit it. I saw this coming. From miles away. A few years ago, our one major weakness was the Senators. This year, our one major weakness seems to be us. Of course our second major weakness might just be this Buffalo team. We were actually leading. Twice if I’m looking at the recap right. And we still flopped over dead. Well, at least we made a game out of it. Just next time, maybe let’s try and give making it a good one a try.
Last time
We didn’t do nearly as well on Friday, and after Saturday’s victory against the Bruins I was kind of hoping that might have been our turning point. Of course, the pesimist in me knew better and reminded me we have yet to actually beat them this year–kind of like the Bruins up until Saturday. Still, I kind of hoped for a nice little pre-Christmas surprise. What I got instead? Well, you be the judge. I’ll go wash the taste out of my mouth now.
