cci with a modem that is “making ROARING sounds”. Customer took to the store already and they reccomended and exchange. waived exchange fee, as its a situation beyond their control, and skipped additional troubleshooting as modem could be dangerous if provoked.
Just for the record, and for those of us who have never and don’t plan to work in a call center, CCI = customer called in. Oh, and, this comment:
“Them free-range immodiums is skittish!”
Folks, this would be why I’m trying to get back into tech support. Like, wo.
PS: There is an actual update somewhere. Just not here. Deal with it.
